Fabulous hotel, loved the location. Easy to walk in any direction

Loved the infinity pool, hot tub n views!

Cost too much for a drink at the bar…ridiculous!

Wonderful

The breakfast was delicious, even though the choices were not that much. The location is fantastic, 1min walk to the station. The staff there were kind, really welcoming, and helpful.

I think the room is a little bit smaller than I expected.

The cleanliness and the facilities such as the pool and gym met expectations. The location was also ideal and allowed walking to MBS/ shopping to be quite manageable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very dark aesthetic, especially in the ground floor lobby.

Superb. Couldn’t have been better

Everything was excellent. The staff, the facilities, the room everything was first class. The tea master in the lobby was possibly the best touch of any hotel we’ve ever been to

good clean hotel with attentive staff.

love the tea that was in the room. too bad they ran out of stock or I would have bought some. The bed was very comfortable and overall was a great stay. we could use the bathroom amenities on the top floor to freshen up after we had checked out and prior to going to the airport made a definite positive difference. we were refreshed and ready for our long trip back.

the buffet breakfast variety wasn’t very wide and quality of it can definitely be improved. I felt as though the “Tea master” was really not very useful. His explanation was extremely basic “This is oolong, this is a mung bean biscuit, this is a towel”. not quite sure what his role actually is.

Beautiful, but room for improvement.

I loved everything except the standard of housekeeping.

I am a very tidy guest, so expect the room each day to be spotless after housekeeping. For the money, I would have expected the vacuuming to be done every day.

Great location and super comfy beds!

Fantastic location, cannot be beaten. Also loved the welcome tea and super comfy bed! All in all a really pleasant stay.

The breakfast was disappointing. Poorly displayed and a limited selection.

Clean and convinient hotel that is recommended but expect a normal stay with nothing being outstanding

Super clean and very comfortable bed with different pillow options as well as tea and a small treat upon arrival.

Was expecting a bit more, felt the positive reviews created higher expectations and we wish there was a bit more to the experience. Staff was ok, not super friendly.

Modern, clean hotel

Great hotel! Staff were lovely, check in and check out were seamless and facilities were great. We really appreciated being able to use the pool and shower facilities after we checked out before our flight.

Room service was over-priced and the food was disappointing. We could not turn off the fancy toilet and it made noises all night. The air con was really loud when on, but without it the room got too hot. It was fine for one night but this would have been frustrating for longer than that.

Really great stay and we will come again. Other guests seemed happy and relaxed and was indicative.

The staff were very helpful at all times even offering further service after we had checked out. They had anticipated that we may want to freshen up prior to heading to the airport for our evening flight. Shower facilities were offered for our use - the hotel understood our needs before we had considered them and didn't hesitate to offer their facilities. Room facilities and hotel facilities were really good - great pool goes a long way and I noticed good break out rooms for business purposes etc. We would have made better use of breakfast and restaurant facilities if our stay had been longer.

room size was fine but seemed a little restrictive for 2 people's luggage. The bar seemed a little too cool for comfort. Temperature may have been okay but fan on too high??

Great location with great facilities

Property was nice and modern with good facilities. The staff were super friendly. hotel is exceptionally clean and is in a great location. Definitely would stay there again.

great experience

The entrance and lobby is amazing, the entire hotel is immersed by the tea flavored diffuser which I really loved. The room has a great city view, we especially love the room facilities which are new and advanced. The location is amazing, just next to Chinatown. This 5-star experience is recommend to all guests to have a stay at Clan!

Fantastic hotel

beautiful hotel, great view from the room and the rooftop pool, and nice facilities. The pool offers towels. the service was great, we got nice welcome tea and were treated as guests after checkout, being able to use all facilities. will definitely come back here when I’ll be in Singapore.
